Privacy policy

Your preferences help personalize portraits, ideas and conversations with Elisa. Gestures update the appreciation balance. Dates and partner activity support reminders and notifications. Settings lets you manage notification and privacy preferences.

Connecting with a partner enables shared features, including gestures, dates and activities. Your personal chat with Elisa is not shown to your partner. Messages in Shared Chat are visible to both of you. Profile insights may be used to personalize ideas and advice for your relationship. When personalization is enabled, your city can inform your partner’s ideas and planning prompts.

Private chat can use your permitted information and shared conversations you still retain. Shared chat cannot read private chats, questionnaires, cards or portraits. Chat settings let you clear messages and their learned memories; shared clearing needs both partners. Unlinking keeps shared chats read-only. Deleting your account removes your private chat and access, but the other person may retain shared messages, including their original text, and use them as private context. Recreating an account does not restore access.

Auth0 handles sign-in. AI services process the context needed to generate portraits, ideas and chat replies. Hosting, notification and diagnostic services support the app. Google Analytics is used according to your analytics preference. These services have their own privacy policies. Help me organise shares only the prompt you review when you choose to open ChatGPT. You can copy it to another assistant instead. The external service’s privacy policy and usage limits apply.

The app uses authenticated requests to access account data. Your device stores sign-in information and preferences such as language and appearance. Keep your device and sign-in account secure, especially on a shared device.

Photos and captions use authenticated backend access, HTTPS and private Cloudflare R2 with encryption at rest. This is not end-to-end encryption. Already issued viewing links may work for up to 60 seconds after sharing stops. Copies already downloaded cannot be recalled. Account deletion also removes your photos and archives; your former partner keeps only their own contributions.

You can edit your profile and preferences, unlink your partner, export your data, clear chats and delete your account. Removing a shared archive revokes your access permanently; the other participant may retain it. Shared message text is not anonymized by account deletion. Contact us about access, correction, export or deletion, including any retained copies.

Ember is available now at no cost. Flame and Blaze are planned options; paid upgrades and recurring billing are not available in the app. Planned prices and allowances may change before launch. Any future purchase will show its price and terms before you agree to pay.
